TERMS OF SALE

Mona B is committed to supporting independent retail partners focused on fashion, home, gift and specialty store products. Home based businesses that create revenue through home parties, websites, flea markets, community events, or other similar venues are not eligible for consideration.

NEW ACCOUNTS

· $500.00 Minimum order

· A copy of your Resale Tax Certificate is required upon account set up. Please forward this information via email to info@mona-b.com or via fax to (216) 591-0646.

· Accounts and orders are subject to prior approval by both our corporate office and a local sales representative.

EXISITNG ACCOUNTS

· $150.00 Minimum reorder.

· A service charge of $5.00 will be charged to any reorder that does not meet the minimum required amount.

· Pricing is subject to change without notice

· All orders are subject to Mona B credit policies

CREDIT POLICY

The first order with Mona B must be placed on a credit card and credit card information is required upon placing an order. Credit and net 30 terms are subject to credit approval and will only be considered after the first order is paid with a credit card.  To apply for terms please submit a credit application including trade references. To obtain a credit application please contact either our corporate office or a local sales representative. Please allow up to 3 weeks for approval process.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. We do not accept C.O.D or prepay.

DELIVERY TIMES / BACKORDERS

Our current lead time for all orders is 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. It is our goal to ship all orders complete; however, occasional high demand will deplete stocks of an item. If an item is backordered it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

· Backorders under $50.00 or older than 90 days will be cancelled automatically.

· Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all backorders.

· Please let us know if you do not want to receive backorders.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before a shipment is processed. Should you need to cancel an order, contact customer service at (866) 742-5443 or submit a cancellation request in writing and fax to (216) 591-0646.

CLAIMS/RETURNS

It is the responsibility of the retailer to thoroughly inspect shipments and report all claims including manufacturing defects and shortages. Failure to comply with the claims policy could result in a denied claim. Please contact customer service for return authorization number.

· Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.

· Credit will not be issued until return merchandise is received and inspected. 

· Return items must be received within two weeks of receipt of the call tag.

· Merchandise refused or returned without authorization is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

· Merchandise shopworn or with price tags may not be returned.

PRODUCT QUALITY

Each bag unfolds a story about the journey that the material has made, as they are made mostly of up-cycled truck tarps & military tents showing unique marks of wear and tear and color variation. The texture and material variations that are part of our up-cycled process make each bag truly unique. However - please let us know if you receive a bag or tote that seems to exceed these expectations.

RETAIL PRICING POLICY

Mona B supplies only established fashion, gift and specialty retailers, many of whom only operate retail websites. We expect all retailers to adhere to our minimum suggested non predatory retail prices, or MAP policy. Please contact Mona B customer service for a copy of our policy or with any questions.

THIRD-PARTY & ONLINE SELLING POLICY

Mona B is continuing its efforts to protect both the brand and retail partners from retailers violating our MAP policy on 3rd party websites.  We have no longer allow Mona B products to be listed and sold on any of these 3rd party platforms, this includes Amazon, eBay, Sears, etc. Retail dealers may only sell online through their company owned and registered websites while following the Mona B MAP policy.  Retailers selling on their website must have an approved wholesale account in good standing with Mona B to receive permission to sell our products on their website. 

CATALOG IMAGES

Use of our catalog and product images is allowed only with the written permission from an authorized executive of Mona B. This permission may be withdrawn by Mona B at any time solely at our discretion. This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Ohio.

Mona B does not territory protect. The collection is now over 660 skus divided amongst multiple categories and we feel there is room for multiple retail partners by promoting sku management.
